Withdrawals are processed with priority via Pix, with a processing time of within 3 minutes after internal approval. This period may be extended in cases requiring additional identity verification or review of unusual transactions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20,00. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts held in the name of the registered user — transfers to third parties are not permitted. The user must have completed the identity verification process before making their first withdrawal.
Bonus balances are subject to the rollover requirements specified in each promotion and cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met. Real balance (from deposits and winnings with no active bonus) is always available for withdrawal without additional restrictions.

A bet is only considered valid once the confirmation is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the account balance. 773bet does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets, except where the cash out feature is available for that specific bet.
The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that transaction. Odds fluctuations after confirmation do not affect bets already placed. In the event of a technical failure resulting in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds (system error), 773bet reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the staked amount to the user's balance.
If an event is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be cancelled and the amounts returned to the user's balance. Events postponed to a date within 48 hours of the original scheduled time may have their bets kept open; postponements beyond that window result in cancellation and refund. Events that start and are subsequently suspended follow the sport-specific rules outlined in the platform's detailed rules section.
Parlay bets combine two or more selections on a single ticket. The potential return is calculated by multiplying all selected odds together. If any selection is cancelled (due to a postponed event, for example), it is removed from the parlay and the payout is recalculated using the remaining selections. 773bet allows parlay bets with 2 to 20 selections, with a minimum stake of R$ 1.00 per ticket.
Live betting is temporarily suspended during critical moments in a match — such as goals, penalties, VAR decisions, or red cards — to allow for odds recalibration. Bets submitted during these intervals may be declined by the system. 773bet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time for operational or event integrity reasons.
